Clients

Each client has a record, recognised by their phone number. On it you see their appointment history, signed consent forms, last visit and total spend from completed work.

Two clients with the same name but different phone numbers get separate records. Client records are part of the Pro plan.

Allergies are highlighted on the record, so anyone on the team sees them before the work.

Notes are for the studio only; the client never sees them.

Search works by name and by the digits of the phone number, however they are written (with spaces, with or without a prefix).

You write the aftercare text once, in Settings. The client gets a link to a page with your studio's name, in their language.

From here you can also ask for a Google review, if you have added the link in Settings.

Both can also go out by themselves, a number of hours or days after the work (see the Reminders and messages chapter).
