Appointments you book, requests that come from clients, and the confirmation sent on WhatsApp.
The required fields are the client's name and phone, the title of the work, the date, time, duration, artist and price.
The phone number has its country prefix chosen separately, so WhatsApp messages reach the right number for clients from other countries too.
You can also note the client's language: messages to them are then sent in their language.
The client gets a short message and a link to a page with your studio's name: the date and time, the artist, the service, the location with a map, the preparation instructions, and buttons to add it to their own calendar (Google, Apple or Outlook).
You write the preparation instructions once, in Settings, and they appear on every confirmation.
In WhatsApp the link shows as a card with your studio's logo, not as a bare address.
The client fills in their name, phone, e-mail, a description of the idea and up to 4 photos. The request appears under Requests, and you turn it into an appointment with one click.
It is not a public calendar with free slots, and that is deliberate: you decide when you work and with whom. The client asks, the studio decides.
So nobody can flood the app with fake requests, the same address can send at most 6 requests per hour to a studio.
The “Send form” button creates a link for a specific time: you set the date, time, duration, artist and, if you like, the service, price and deposit.
The client adds their name, phone and a reference photo, and the request reaches you already filled in. You approve it in the calendar.
The link can be used only once.
