Getting started

From creating your account to the first signed consent form.

Version 1.3 · updated 2 November 2026
What do I need to create an account?
Your studio's name, country and phone number, plus an e-mail and password (or your Google account).

When you sign up you enter the studio name, its address in the app (for example "eli-tattoo", used in the links you send to clients), the country and the studio's phone number. The company name and tax ID are optional here; you can add them at any time.

The country matters: it sets the phone prefix, the currency and the legal basis in the consent forms.

The phone number is required because it is printed on the consent form the client signs.

How long is the free trial?
30 days, with every feature. No card needed.

Right after signing up you get everything in the Studio plan for 30 days. The menu shows how many days are left.

At the end, if you don't choose a plan, the studio moves to the free Start plan on its own. Nothing is lost: appointments, consent forms and clients stay where they are, and the paid features can be switched back on at any time.

What should I do first?
Four things: logo and details, your artists, services and prices, address and phone.

After signing up, a guide takes you through one step per screen. You can skip any of them with “Later”:

Logo and studio details — shown on consent forms, PDFs and every page your clients see.
Artists — without them you can't book appointments or choose who did the work on a consent form.
Services and prices — prices on appointments and commissions come from here.
Address and phone — printed on the consent form.

While something is left to do, a bar in the app shows how many steps you've finished, with a “Continue” button. You can hide it with “Don't show again”.

Can I send a consent form before I finish the settings?
Yes. Only the studio's address and phone are needed, right before the first consent form.

Consent forms work from day one on the default templates, with your country's legal basis. You don't have to build anything.

The only thing asked is the studio's address and phone number, because they appear on the signed document. If they are missing, the app asks for them exactly when you generate your first consent form — not at sign-up, when you wouldn't know why.
