The data-protection documents, filled in with your studio's details.
The file index, privacy policy, cookie policy, record of processing activities, confidentiality undertaking for artists, information sheet for employees, list of processors, retention and deletion policy, security breach procedure, data subject request form and the notice to display in the studio.
You find them in Settings → GDPR and print them one by one or the whole file at once.
The documents fill themselves in with the studio's details: name, address, city, and the data protection authority of your country.
What is left to you are the decisions, not the paperwork: for example how long you keep documents. That differs from country to country and is decided with your adviser.
Each file has a version. When the documents change, the app tells you, so you can read and print them again.
