Your team

The artists in the calendar and the team members who sign in with their own account.

Version 1.3 · updated 2 November 2026
What is the difference between an artist and a team member with access?
An artist appears in the calendar and on consent forms. A team member has an account to sign in with.

Artists are added in Settings → Artists: name, calendar colour, default commission, the services they do and their signature.

Team members with access are the people who sign in. An artist can also be a team member, but doesn't have to be: you can run the calendar for everyone from a single account.

How do I add a team member?
Enter their e-mail and name. You get a temporary password to give them.

The team member signs in with their own account, not with your password. They can change the temporary password themselves, from “Forgot password”.

Only the studio owner can add or remove team members.

What can a team member do, and what not?
They work normally, but don't see the artists' payouts or the log, and can't change the payment account.

A team member books appointments, sends consent forms and messages, and sees clients and the archive.

These stay with the owner only: the team, the Stripe account deposits are paid into, payments to artists in Accounting, the activity log and the WhatsApp keys.

The owner also changes the studio settings: identity (name, logo, colour, background), reminders and messages, the company details for GDPR and the jewellery materials. A colleague can see them but not change them. Artists, services, time off and the consent form texts can be changed by anyone on the team.
