What you can download, what stays yours, and who did what.
The file contains everything: appointments, requests, clients, artists, services, time off, consent forms (with signatures), deposits, waitlist, payments to artists, work from consent forms and settings.
The only thing deliberately left out is the WhatsApp keys: a secret doesn't go into a file.
In Settings → Data → Photo archive you choose what goes in and download a ZIP file, with a table saying whose each photo is. Only the studio owner can do this.
Deleting from the app is a separate step that you take, after checking the archive. The app deletes nothing by itself.
When you get close to the limit, the owner receives an e-mail. At the limit, it comes every day until there is room.
We don't lock anyone's data. Features from the paid plans stop, but appointments, consent forms and clients stay there, and the export always works.
In Settings → Data, the owner sees the latest entries: deleted consent forms, GDPR erasures, deleted appointments and exports, with the account name and the time.
A consent form can't be deleted without it being written in the log, and log entries can't be changed or deleted from the app, by anyone.
