Requesting a deposit with a payment link, through Stripe, straight into the studio's account.
The “Request deposit” button creates a link to a payment page with your studio's name. The client pays by card, through Stripe.
It works “deposit first”: you agree the details with the client, request the deposit, and once it is paid you send them the booking link for the chosen time.
Deposits are part of the Pro plan.
You connect the Stripe account in Settings → Online payments. Only the studio owner can connect it, so a team member can't change the account deposits are paid into.
Processing fees are Stripe's, charged to your account.
If the client doesn't pay within 48 hours, the link stops working and the payment page tells them to ask you for a new one.
Before closing a deposit, the app checks with Stripe once more: if the payment came in at the very last minute, the deposit shows as paid, not expired.
When the payment comes in, a badge with the number of new deposits appears in the calendar bar. From there you send the client, with one tap, the booking link for the agreed time.
